Flat-Profile Resistance Wires
Flat-profile resistance wires for space-constrained heating designs
About Flat Wires
Our heating resistance flat wires offer a compact, space-efficient alternative to round wire for applications where height or clearance is limited. The flat profile allows for tighter winding, closer spacing, and more uniform heat distribution on flat surfaces.
Available in NiCr, FeCrAl, and CuNi alloy families, our flat wires are precision cold-rolled to tight dimensional tolerances. Standard dimensions cover width 0.2–6.0mm and thickness 0.08–1.0mm, with custom sizes available upon request.
Flat wires are ideal for ceramic heater substrates, infrared heating panels, toasters, industrial furnaces, and any application requiring a low-profile heating element.
