Alambre de resistencia Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30
- Features:
- Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 is characterized by high resistivity and good oxidation resistance. It has good ductility after use and excellent cold working properties, good weldability. Both Cr20Ni35 and Cr20Ni30 are mature nickel-chromium based heating alloys. Cr20Ni35 is slightly superior in high-temperature stability, corrosion resistance and service life, suitable for high-end applications; Cr20Ni30 offers cost advantages, suitable for large-scale medium-temperature applications. Both have similar resistivity and can be used interchangeably in the 800-1100℃ temperature range. Selection should comprehensively consider specific operating temperature, environmental conditions and cost budget.

- Advantages:
- At high temperatures, Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 can maintain stable mechanical properties, and their antioxidant performance is stable below 1100ºC. The corrosion rate is extremely low in strong acid, strong alkali, and reducing atmospheres, such as in 5% sulfuric acid where the corrosion rate is significantly lower than that of stainless steel.

Los parámetros anteriores se basan en la Norma Nacional China GB/T1234-2012. La tolerancia de la resistencia por metro: 0,03-0,06 mm es ±10%; 0,07-0,12 mm es ±8%; 0,13-0,17 mm es ±7%; 0,18-0,32 mm es ±6%; un diámetro de alambre superior a 0,32 mm es ±5%. Ofrecemos productos de aleación de níquel-cromo en diversas formas, como alambres, cintas y varillas. Otras aleaciones como Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70 y Cr15Ni60 también están disponibles a pedido.
